: (1) If an application is made as per section 4, the committee will complete the prescribed procedure and issue a permit to the applicant in the prescribed format.
(2) The material means, manpower and other necessary facilities to be arranged by the concerned applicant for obtaining the permit according to sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
